Cautions
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medication. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of myalgia. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking anticoagulant/blood thinner or anti-inflammatory medication, or are having surgery, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones. If you are taking medications, particularly hydroxymethylglutaryl (HMG) CoA reductase lipid-lowering drugs (statins), cyclosporine, anti-diabetic and/or anti-platelet drugs (such as acetylsalicylic acid), or if you suffer from liver or kidney disease or have received an organ transplant, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you plan to become pregnant. For adult use only. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you have a bile duct obstruction.
- May cause dizziness, low appetitie, nausea, stomach-ache, abdominal distension, or diarrhoea. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience muscle pain, tenderness and/or weakness, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
