Thorne's Bio-B12 contains methylcobalamin (an active form of vitamin B12) and folic acid in a base of papain. Zinc picolinate is included for support of the pancreas, which produces other digestive enzymes that facilitate the absorption process.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.

Ingredients

One Capsule Contains:

Medicinal ingredients: - Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 1 mg - Folic Acid 800 mcg - Zinc (as Zinc Picolinate) 15 mg - Papain 75 mg

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide.

An enzyme derived from Papaya (Carica papaya).

Cautions

This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

Bio-B12 contains an ingredient derived from papaya.

If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product.

There are no known adverse interactions or contraindications at publication date.

It is not recommended to remove the Bio-B12 powder from the capsule, as papain can be irritating to the oral mucosa.
